1. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Power and Valor website located at powerandvalor.com (the "Site") and the Power and Valor game software (the "Game"), operated by the Power and Valor development team ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or installing or playing the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Game.

Account Responsibility. If accounts are offered in connection with the Game, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and to install and play the Game for your personal entertainment. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any game content without our written permission
• Create derivative works based on the Game or its assets
• Use our name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation

Fan Content. We appreciate fan creativity. Fan art, videos, streams, and other non-commercial fan content are generally welcome, provided they are clearly identified as fan-made and not used for commercial gain. We reserve the right to request removal of any fan content at our discretion.

4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and Game are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site or Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected, particularly during active development.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Code of Conduct

Power and Valor is meant to be a competitive but respectful experience. All players are expected to:

• Treat other players with basic respect, even in competitive situations
• Refrain from using hate speech, slurs, or targeted harassment of any kind
• Not exploit bugs or glitches; report them instead
• Not use cheats, hacks, aimbots, or any software that provides an unfair advantage
• Not impersonate other players, developers, or staff members
• Respect server rules set by community server operators

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the Game and its community spaces, at our sole discretion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
